What is your product turnaround time?
Once you place an order you will receive access to the video s) and/or PDF file(s) in the same day.
What is your return/exchange policy for products?
Due to the unique nature of my digital files, all sales are final and no refunds are available. Exceptions may be made in rare circumstance. Please refer to the Refund Policy here.
Do you work with someone that lives in another state?
It depends on the laws and rules that regulate dietitians in the state where you are located. You are still able to purchase my videos, but your state may not allow me to consult with you.
Do you work with clients that have other diagnoses not related to diabetes?
Yes, but I only work with clients who have cardiovascular diseases and renal diseases because these are the other two areas of my in-depth knowledge.
How can I schedule an appointment with you?

Do you take insurance?
At this time I am out-of-network for all forms of insurance. Upon request, for Florida residents only, I can provide you with a superbill. A superbill is a form you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
I purchased your Healthy Eating Program, but am now interested in Your Accountability Program; will I have to pay for the entire program?
No, you will only have to pay for the nutrition counseling calls. It is best to go through my online virtual platform here.
